The Automotive Industries Association of Canada Applauds the Ontario Government for Keeping Roads Safe
Ottawa – The Automotive Industries Association (AIA) of Canada applauds the Ontario Government for its continued commitment to keeping Ontario’s roads and highways safe.
Announced yesterday, Ontario will once again participate in an annual inspection blitz of large trucks and buses across North America. Road checks run from June 5th to 7th and truck and bus inspections will take place at inspection stations along major highways across Ontario.
“The Government is working to ensure our province’s roads and highways remain among the safest in the world,” said Marc Brazeau, President, AIA Canada. “We congratulate them for continuing to take proactive efforts to ensure the health and vitality of Ontarians.”
About AIA Canada AIA is a national trade association representing the automotive aftermarket industry in Canada. The aftermarket is a $18.49 billion industry that employs more than 420,200 people. The industry is composed of companies that manufacture, distribute and install automotive replacement parts, accessories, tools, and equipment.

The program is built around three key message areas of dependability and safety, protecting the environment and enhancing and maintaining vehicle value.
