AIA Governance and the Board of Directors

The administration and management of AIA is vested in the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors adopts rules and regulations as to govern the property affairs and membership of the Association as it deems best and according to the AIA By-Laws.

Fourteen aftermarketers serve on the board of directors including nine directors at large, and the members of the Executive Committee: the Chairperson, 1st Vice Chairperson, 2nd Vice Chairperson, and Immediate Past Chair. Click here to view the AIA Board of Directors.

Your Board of Directors are the main governing body of the Association. If you have any ideas, suggestions or questions, let your Board Executive Committee know.
