This year’s instalment of the AIA Canada Ontario Grand Forum is all about looking ahead, and being prepared to meet the opportunities of tomorrow head-on.
As an industry continually expanding into new frontiers, the current economic climate represents a period of change and opportunity. Aligning your business into a profitable, sustainable operation that can continue to serve the local community in a reliable, professional manner will be the foundation for future success…but it takes a 360 degree kind of vision.
The 2009 Ontario Grand Forum provides an open forum for industry professionals to:
identify opportunities and assess weaknesses;
learn how to build and maintain professional, knowledgeable staff networks;
quantify the millions of dollars in underperformed maintenance that can be harnessed for increased profits;
understand how to use every customer visit to build a relationship and more business while increasing satisfaction;
recognize the fundamentals that are key to future development, growth and success down the road; and
be ready for future automotive technologies.
A well run business means profitability and sustainability. Learning how to maximize resources, balance the budget and plan for the future requires training. The AIA Ontario Grand Forum aims to fill this knowledge gap by providing a full day of focused sessions that are all aimed at helping business owners and their service advisors reach the next level of excellence.
There are four (4) blocks to choose from. Each Ontario Grand Forum participant must choose two (2) sessions per block, a first and second choice. The sessions will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. The participants will receive their final choice of session at registration on October 21, 2009.
