AIA Canada has negotiated a special rate for 2012 Western Canada Forum participants: $129 (single/double). All guests must make their own reservations directly with Mayfield Inn & Suites on an individual basis, identifying themselves as a member of the 2012 AIA Forum. Reservations can be made directly with the hotel by calling 800-368-7764. Reservations must be received at the hotel by August 5, 2012.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be sent in writing to AIA Canada. Full refund less $40 administration fee will be made for cancellations received on or before August 3, 2012. No cancellations will be refunded after this date.
