Le Grand Rendez-Vous, powered by AIA Canada’s Quebec Division, is a charity evening designed for today’s auto care sector.  

This event offers attendees a dynamic and interactive experience, with meaningful opportunities to connect and collaborate from industry professionals across Quebec. 

In addition to cultivating new and strengthening existing relationships, the evening supports an important cause. A portion of ticket sales will be donated to AIA High Fives for Kids Foundation, which funds local initiatives that showcase our industry and make a genuine difference in the lives of young people in our communities.

Payment conditions

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Sales tax does not apply. Full payment is required upon application approval. An electronic invoice and online payment link to secure your sponsorship will be sent from AIA Canada . Payment will be accepted by VISA, American Express, Mastercard, and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Payment must be received in full within 30 days to confirm sponsorship. AIA Canada reserves the right to release a sponsorship for re-sale or refuse entry to any sponsor whose account has not been paid in full within 30 days of application approval.

Cancellation policy

All sponsorships are non-refundable. In the event AIA Canada must cancel the Grand Rendez-Vous – Powered by AIA Canada Quebec Division event due to unforeseen circumstances, AIA Canada will refund the cost of sponsorship. However, AIA Canada does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses, including charges made for travel and lodging.

Company logo terms

If your sponsorship is accepted, please submit a high-resolution vector image in EPS or AI file AND a PNG file to maude.giroux@aiacanada.com by Friday, April 17, 2026. As soon as we receive your logo, any sponsorships that include brand visibility on the Grand Rendez-Vous event webpage will receive brand exposure within 3–5 business days. We encourage you to submit your logo as soon as possible to maximize visibility.

How the program works

  • Members select their departure city from the drop-down menu
    1. Choose Valet or Self-Park where applicable
    2. Enter their outbound and return dates
    3. Click find your rate
    4. The rates will automatically load
    5. Print a copy of the coupon
  • When exiting the lot
    1. Scan the printed Park’N Fly coupon at the Self-Park pay station
  • If members are using a Valet location
    • Hand a copy of the printed voucher to the agent at check-out or give them the discount code 1120313 once the code is entered by the agent the rate will automatically append to the AIA Canada rate program.
