Rick Nadeau – What’s Driving Your Customers?

In 2016, JD Power conducted research on behalf of AIA that looks at what makes a shop successful. Is it quality or quantity? What metrics are used to compare performance across the country and are there differences between how tire shops perform and mechanical shops perform? Are there provincial differences?
