The Women in the Aftermarket Leadership Forum is a key part of the national push to advance gender equity, diversity and retaining talent within the automotive industry.

While women have more opportunities in the senior ranks than ever before, statistics reflect that there is still an enormous gap between women working in leadership roles in the automotive industry.

At its core, the Forum is a platform for solutions where some of Canada's most influential and dedicated aftermarket and collision industry women will be meeting to exchange ideas and strategies

Draw on practical insights from keynote speakers and industry leaders that will inspire you to continue to advance your career forward.
