AIA Canada is inviting emerging and senior leaders across Canada’s auto care sector to complete a new Leadership pulse survey.
We want to hear from professionals who are developing toward broader leadership responsibility, as well as senior leaders who manage, mentor or develop emerging talent.
This is one survey with two question paths. An opening question will direct you to the questions that are relevant to your current leadership experience.
Why participate
Leadership is experienced through everyday actions, including how priorities are communicated, how decisions are made, how concerns are received, how contributions are recognized and how people are prepared for broader responsibility.
Hearing from both emerging and senior leaders will help AIA Canada understand where perspectives align and where there may be opportunities to strengthen leadership development, mentoring, succession planning and talent strategy.
Survey details
This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and is available in both English and French. Responses will be reported in aggregate. The survey does not evaluate individual leaders or organizations.
Survey results will be presented at the Canadian Auto Care Industry Conference, taking place from March 31 to April 1.
