Call for speakers: Inspire the next generation at Student Aftermarket Day

May 29, 2025

AIA Canada and the Young Professionals in the Auto care sector (YPA) Committee are currently seeking dynamic and passionate professionals to speak at Student Aftermarket Day in Barrie, Ontario on November 19, 2025. This is your opportunity to inspire the next generation of auto care professionals by sharing your unique career journey during one of the event’s most anticipated sessions: Day in the life: Careers you never knew existed in the auto care sector

We are looking for professionals working in non-traditional or niche roles within the auto care industry—individuals whose work extends beyond the expected. From product management and customer experience to data analysis, logistics, and warranty analysis, your story can show students the vast potential of this evolving sector. Each speaker will be given 15 minutes to describe a typical day in their role and offer personal insights into their career path.

Selected speakers will receive complimentary access to the event, including the opportunity to network with students and fellow industry representatives. Please note that travel and accommodation expenses are not covered. The deadline to apply is June 26, 2025.
