The Young Professionals in the Auto care sector (YPA) community consists of Automotive Industries Association of Canada (AIA Canada) members under the age of 45 who are looking to climb the ladder in the auto care sector. Through mentoring, thought leadership, and network building opportunities, this community aims to be the trusted voice and resource that leads innovation in Canada’s auto care sector for the next generation of auto care professionals.

How to join the community

Membership in the YPA community is open to young executives (executives or managers) younger than 45 years of age from AIA Canada member companies in good standing, including those being on-track for senior positions within their companies. 

Applications to join the Community are accepted year-round via an online form. Following this a member of the AIA Canada team will contact you to obtain further details on your career path and future goals, and to confirm the status of your application.

The YPA community is led by a standing committee of the AIA Canada Board of Directors—it is the leading voice of the YPA community. It consists of a minimum of 10 members who strive to better the experience of young professionals in the auto care sector by working closely with AIA Canada management to access current industry information, activities and resources for the community.

    1. Choose Valet or Self-Park where applicable
    2. Enter their outbound and return dates

    4. The rates will automatically load
    5. Print a copy of the coupon

    • Hand a copy of the printed voucher to the agent at check-out or give them the discount code 1120313 once the code is entered by the agent the rate will automatically append to the AIA Canada rate program.
