The Young Professionals in the Auto care sector Community (YPA) consists of Automotive Industries Association of Canada (AIA Canada) members under the age of 45 who are looking to climb the ladder of the auto care sector.

Membership in the YPA community is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

  • Young executives (executives or managers) younger than 45 years of age.
  • From AIA Canada member companies in good standing.
  • On-track for senior positions within their company.

The leading voice of Young Professionals in the Auto care sector

The YPA community is led by a standing committee of the AIA Canada Board of Directors and is the leading voice of the community. It consists of a minimum of ten members who strive to better the experience of young professionals in the auto care sector by working closely with AIA Canada management to access current industry information, activities, and resources of the community.
