Follow these steps to include your event in our event calendar:
- Provide information in both English and French if possible.
- Submit your request at least two months before the event.
- Do not include details about programming or pricing.
- Event calendar listings only provide space for:
- a basic description of the event
- phone number
- website URL
- event address
- feature image (600 by 400 pixels in web resolution)
- Write in the third person. Do not use “we” or “our.”
Please provide a feature image to include with your event listing. When submitting your image, ensure there is no or minimal text on the photo as we may crop or resize photos as needed.
Please note, we reserve the right to final approval of images and content included in your event listing.
Criteria your event must meet to be included
Before submitting your event, please make sure it meets these criteria:
- The event should appeal to AIA Canada members.
- The event must be an event in the auto care sector.
- The event must be an event that AIA Canada members can participate.
