About this event

This free webinar will present a compelling story of how small and medium-sized businesses in the auto care industry can further understand their consumers’ preferences and online shopping habits and apply these in their strategic business planning to stay competitive.

AIA Canada has partnered with lead researcher, Rick Nadeau of Quorus Consulting Group and subject matter expert, James Channer of In Motion Brands to present a webinar on the behaviours, attitudes and preferences of Canadian vehicle owners.

Jean-François Champagne, president of AIA Canada will host this webinar. Rick Nadeau will present the findings from the data while James Channer will explain how to use these findings in a way that is meaningful to your shop and auto care business.

This webinar is based on the findings from the upcoming report—Buying parts and fluids online: A look at consumer automotive e-tailing in Canada—which looks at Canadian drivers’ use of online retailers to purchase automotive parts and fluids.

This free webinar is targeted towards businesses in the:

  • Mechanical sector
  • Collision sector
  • Parts supply chain

We invite you to submit questions in advance via your registration as we endeavour to answer them during the webinar.
