Canada Night is an exclusive event open to companies from across the Canadian auto care industry in the collision and mechanical sectors under an invitation-only format.

Invitations will be sent for companies to become a Canada Night sponsor to attend the event in June 2023.

My company would like to attend Canada Night; how can we attend?

Canada Night is an exclusive event open to companies from across the Canadian auto care industry in the collision and mechanical sectors under an invitation-only format.

Invitations will be sent for companies to become a Canada Night sponsor to attend the event. Canada Night sponsors receive six tickets to the event that they can assign to their guests which comprise of employees, customers and clients.

How much is sponsorship and what is included as a Canada Night sponsor?

The sponsorship fee for 2023 is $2750.00 CDN for AIA Canada members and $3000.00 CDN for non-members.

Canada Night sponsors benefit from:

Six (6) tickets to attend the event.
Acknowledgement on the Canada Night signage at the event.
Logo placement/brand exposure on the Canada Night event webpage.

My company paid the sponsorship fee and would like more than six tickets, can we purchase additional tickets?

Yes, additional tickets will be available to purchase for existing 2023 Canada Night sponsors in late September 2023.

I am a sponsor and have paid the sponsorship fee, how do I receive my tickets and register them?

Once the sponsorship fee has been paid and processed, the host (main purchase contact) will receive a unique registration link to an online portal to register the individual tickets.

All tickets must be pre-registered prior to the event. Tickets will be transferrable and name changes will be permitted up until October 30, 2023.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

AIA Canada is committed to making it easier for you to attend the 2023 Canada Night reception in Las Vegas. As a result, AIA Canada has implemented a risk-free sponsorship commitment refund policy. Once you register, if your organization is no longer able to attend the reception, a full refund will be available if you cancel by September 5, 2023.

The deadline to request a full sponsorship refund must be received by the stated cancellation deadline and accepted in writing only to events@aiacanada.com. No credits or refunds shall be issued for no shows, cancellations, substitutions, or any other reason, including without limitation, interruption, postponement, cancellation or relocation of the event due to any cause determined by AIA Canada to be beyond AIA Canada’s control.

In the event AIA Canada must cancel the Canada Night reception due to unforeseen circumstances, AIA Canada will refund the cost of the sponsorship. However, AIA Canada does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses, including charges made for travel and lodging.
