Canada Night is a ticketed trade-only event that is open to any individual or company within the auto care sector. Companies must currently have an office in Canada or representative that works in the Canadian market. 

NEW for 2024 – Single tickets and corporate ticket packages are available. This year, the host (main purchase contact) does not need to individually assign each ticket. Hosts, however, are responsible for sharing them directly with their guests.

Canada Night is a ticketed trade-only event that is open to any individual or company within the Canadian auto care sector.  

Companies must currently have an office in Canada or a representative that works in the Canadian market in order to attend Canada Night.  

Tickets are available through sponsorship, corporate packages, or single tickets. Please refer to our pricing section for details.  

What is the format of the event?  

New in 2024, Canada Night will be taking place on the Palazzo Pool Deck at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. PST.  

This gala evening provides Canadian businesses from the entire auto care supply chain an unparalleled opportunity to build and maintain relationships with a who is who of the Canadian auto care industry. 

Is the event outdoors? 

Yes, in 2024 we are taking Canada Night outdoors on the Palazzo Pool Deck at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas.  

At this time of year, the average temperatures range between 15-20 degrees Celsius in the evening. We suggest dressing appropriately for the weather to fully enjoy the evening outdoors. 

The event will take place outdoors, rain or shine, so come prepared and dressed for either scenario. 

I am an AIA Canada member, do I receive preferential pricing?  

Yes, AIA Canada members in good standing will receive preferential pricing. Please refer to the pricing section. 

What is the cost of sponsorships and what is included?  

There are limited sponsorship offerings available for Canada Night 2024. These offerings have a variety of price points and inclusions to suit your needs. Sponsorships are available on an application-basis and are pending review and subject to approval by AIA Canada.

Do you offer any ticket packages and if so, what is included?  

Yes, new in 2024, various corporate packages are available with four (4) tickets, six (6) tickets, and eight (8) tickets that each include brand visibility.  Please see the pricing section for a breakdown of each corporate package. 

Can I purchase a single ticket to the event? 

Yes! New this year, we are pleased to say that single tickets for Canada Night 2024 are available for purchase. 

Is there a maximum number of tickets I can purchase for the event? 

Yes, there is a maximum of ten (10) tickets per company. *If you require more than ten (10) tickets, please contact AIA Canada Events. 

My company purchased a sponsorship and would like additional tickets, is that possible?  

Yes, you can purchase additional single tickets through our registration webpage at the same time as your sponsorship or at a later date. We recommend acting swiftly on this as tickets will be available until the event is sold out. 

My company purchased a corporate package and would like additional tickets, is that possible?  

Yes, you can purchase additional single tickets through our registration webpage at the same time as your corporate package or at a later date. We recommend acting swiftly on this as tickets will be available until the event is sold out. 

I am a sponsor and have paid my sponsorship fee, how do I receive my tickets?  

Once the sponsorship fee has been paid and processed, the host (main purchase contact) will receive a unique registration link to claim the tickets.  

What is the cancellation and refund policy? 

Cancel by June 30, 2024, to receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee.
Cancel by August 31, 2024, to receive a 50 per cent refund.
Beginning September 1, 2024, and afterwards, all tickets and corporate packages are non-refundable.  

All sponsorships are non-refundable and non-transferrable. 

All cancellations must be received by the stated cancellation deadline and accepted in writing only to events@aiacanada.com. 

No credits or refunds shall be issued for no shows, cancellations, substitutions, or any other reason, including without limitation, interruption, postponement, cancellation, or relocation of the event due to any cause determined by AIA Canada to be beyond AIA Canada’s control.

No, tickets will not be available for purchase at the door.
