Young professionals in the Auto care sector Community: Learning and leadership social

Connect, learn and grow alongside professionals from across Canada’s auto care sector at the Young professionals in the Auto care sector Community’s learning and leadership social, hosted by the YPA Community.  

Designed to support the next generation of industry leaders, the event combines an interactive leadership workshop for young professionals with an evening networking reception open to the broader auto care sector. 

The conversations leaders avoid are often the ones that have the greatest impact on a team. 

Built around leadership speaker Jason Reid’s Awkward Leadership™ approach, this interactive workshop, Leading teams without all the answers: Building trust, judgement, and influence, will give emerging leaders practical tools to build trust, navigate difficult conversations and strengthen team performance. 

Drawing on his experience rebuilding a struggling department and doubling its productivity, Jason will share practical strategies participants can apply immediately in the workplace. 

The workshop is open to professionals aged 45 and under and is limited to 40 participants. 

Following the workshop, professionals from across the auto care sector are invited to come together for an evening of networking, conversation and connection. 

Register to attend to meet emerging leaders, reconnect with industry peers, and exchange ideas with professionals at every stage of their careers. Senior leaders are especially encouraged to attend, connect with the next generation of talent, and help strengthen relationships across the sector.
