AIA Canada National Conference at CAIC: Call for speakers!

The AIA Canada National Conference at the Canadian Auto Care Industry Conference (CAIC) is an annual gathering of auto care sector professionals with sessions covering industry hot topics, trends, and challenges, will be taking place from March 11 to 12, 2026 in Toronto, Ontario.

We are seeking speaker applicants who are interested in presenting, teaching, and providing conference attendees with insights on young professionals and women in the auto care sector on March 11, 2026.

Women in the auto care sector

This session is crucial for showcasing how the auto care sector has worked on gender equity, diversity, and inclusion. Topics presented should showcase how diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) can help business’ bottom lines, and ultimately create a welcoming environment filled with collaboration, job satisfaction, and employee retention.

Young professionals in the auto care sector

This session will provide attendees with valuable insights on how young professionals can successfully navigate the auto care sector. We are seeking speakers who can touch on topics such as innovation and future trends, mentorship and career development, techniques for effective networking and relationship building, and mastering core leadership and management skills to develop future leaders for multiple generations.

Event details

These sessions will be hosted back-to-back as repeat sessions on March 11, 2026:

The first session from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. EDT;

And the second session from 11:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. EDT.

Please note, these sessions are tentatively scheduled and timing may be slightly adjusted based on final program.

The selected speaker will receive a complimentary registration to attend conference programming on March 11, 2026. However, travel and accommodation are not provided.

While these sessions do have target audiences, all conference attendees are welcome to attend them.
