The CCIF Steering Committee appoints new members
Toronto, February 9th, 2024 — The Canadian Collision Industry Forum (CCIF) is pleased to announce the newest members to its Steering Committee. The Steering Committee is responsible for guiding priority areas to ensure that CCIF events continue to be a success. With the goal of representing the collision industry as a whole, members of the committee are chosen from different sectors and serve a two-year term.

Brandon Roy, Carstar Halifax Group — Collision repairer
Based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Brandon Roy has been in the collision industry since a young age. For the past 18 years, Brandon has been an active I-CAR instructor, emphasizing the importance of continuous collision training, team building and creating a positive work environment. With his leadership and teaching style, Brandon looks forward to helping shape the future of the sector and its people.
Brian Chiu, Nissan Canada Inc. — OEM dealer
Having worked in the industry for over 13 years, with over seven of those years at the OEM level with Nissan Canada, Brian Chiu focuses on delivering positive customer experiences and comprehensive technical support. A mechanical engineer from Carleton University, Brian Chiu has built his career focusing on safe, reliable service and repairs, and will continue to do so in this new role on the Steering Committee.
Christina Christopher, Aviva — Insurer
Christina Christopher has 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, working primarily with auto claims. Currently a Vendor Relations Manager for Aviva, Christina is passionate about people, customer service, and ensuring they have a positive and fair experience. Christina hopes to continue this approach with her time on the Steering Committee.
Jennifer Everett, Enterprise Mobility — Supplier
Assistant Vice President of the Replacement and Leisure Division for Enterprise Mobility, Jennifer Everett is responsible for overseeing large insurance and collision accounts in Canada. With a career spanning decades, Jennifer has overseen rental and support services for the company and has experienced the growth of the collision industry in both the United States and Canada.
Ryan Sox, Southern Alberta Institute of Technology — Educator
Autobody professional and educator, Ryan Sox has worked in the industry for 12 years. Starting out as an apprentice and diving into the world of collision repair and restoration work, Ryan has developed his expertise as a body technician, refinisher, estimator, and production manager. Passionate about continuous learning and teaching, Ryan is now an Instructor at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) and looks forward to being an integral part of the Steering Committee and driving innovation forward in Canada’s collision sector.
