We are hiring an Events and Programs Coordinator

January 9, 2020

Is your desk immaculately tidy with a place for everything and everything in its place? Are you the kind of person who doesn’t worry about the details because you’ve already got them covered?

If you love it when a plan comes together—especially if you helped develop the plan—you might be the person we’re looking for as AIA Canada’s new Events and Programs Coordinator.

About the job

As Coordinator, Events and Programs, you’ll be on top of all the details needed to ensure AIA Canada’s events and programs run successfully. You’ll manage timelines, meet deadlines, manage supplier relations and communicate with members, attendees, and sponsors. You’ll work closely with the communications team to make sure promotional and support materials are prepared and distributed. And you’ll be responsible for making sure that partner obligations and sponsor expectations are met.

About AIA Canada

The Automotive Industries Association of Canada (AIA Canada) is a national not-for-profit industry association that represents the automotive aftermarket service and supply chain.

When you join us at our office in downtown Ottawa, you’ll find a dynamic work environment with the opportunity for training and professional growth. You’ll receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including a matched-contribution RRSP plan. In addition to your vacation time, you’ll also enjoy extra time off over the summer, and we close our office between Christmas and New Year.
